It looks like New York Knicks’ star Kristaps Porzingis is doing well as he rehabs from ACL surgery.
New York Knicks’ star forward Kristaps Porzingis just suffered a torn ACL almost four weeks ago and he’s already walking around without crutches.
Porzingis posted a photo of himself walking around with a brace on his injured knee, while someone else is holding his crutches.
This is certainly encouraging with Porzingis expected to be out for the next 10-12 months. The most important thing is that he takes his time as he rehabs and doesn’t overexert himself.
Kyle O’Quinn hiring a new agent.
In other Knicks news, Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News mentioned on Thursday that center Kyle O’Quinn is looking for a new agent, with his player option lurking this summer.
Kyle O'Quinn, who will likely become a free agent this summer and was a client of agent Andy Miller, said he's been talking to Jeff Schwartz about representation.

As of right now, O’Quinn is expected to opt out of his contract in order to hit the open market. After a very strong season, there’s no doubt that he’ll cash. He drew plenty of interest prior to the trade deadline. One of the teams that showed interest are the defending champion Golden State Warriors.
