There is a 50-50 chance that Tim Hardaway Jr. will play for the New York Knicks on Friday night.
With New York Knicks’ starting small forward Tim Hardaway Jr. getting closer to returning from a leg injury, we can only wonder right now when he’ll make his first start in almost two months.
The Knicks announced on Thursday that Hardaway is questionable for Friday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
After scrimmaging with his teammates this week, for the first time since his injury, Hardaway was back on the floor scrimmaging once again on Thursday.
After practice, Knicks’ head coach Jeff Hornacek was asked whether or not Hardaway will play on Friday and of course he said he doesn’t know.
When talking to the media, Hardaway wouldn’t commit to playing on Friday, but he did say that if it was a playoff game, he would be on the floor.
With the Knicks losing to the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, they will need Hardaway back on Friday if they’ve going to have any chance at upsetting the Timberwolves on the road.
Comment below and tell us whether or not you think Hardaway will play on Friday against the Wolves. Also when he does return, can he help the Knicks get back on track?
