The New York Knicks might get Kristaps Porzingis back in time for a showdown with the Boston Celtics.
The New York Knicks have a huge home game on Thursday night against the Boston Celtics after getting blown out and embarrassed by the Charlotte Hornets on the road on Monday night.
One big question the Knicks have ahead of their match-up with the Celtics, is whether or not superstar Kristaps Porzingis will be able to play.
While talking to the media on Wednesday, Porzingis stated that he believes he’ll be good to go after missing the last two games due to a knee injury.
Kristaps Porzingis says he’s feeling close to fully healthy and he doesn’t see why he wouldn’t be able to play against Boston tomorrow.

The Knicks also gave the following update:
Kristaps Porzingis (sore left knee) was a full participant at practice and is questionable for tomorrow night’s contest against Boston.

Even with Porzingis in the starting line-up, at home against the Celtics, they will have a tall task in front of them when it comes to being able to defeat Boston. But anything can happen and the unicorn gives them a chance to win on any night.
If the Knicks are going to upset the Celtics, they will need to play good team defense and need help from guys like Michael Beasley, Doug McDermott, Courtney Lee and a banged up Enes Kanter. They will need to come together and put together a flawless performance.
Comment below and tell us whether you think the Knicks can defeat the Celtics on Thursday. Also will Porzingis play?
