The New York Knicks proved on Monday night that they have some dog in them and have one another’s backs. Center Enes Kanter had some words for LeBron James after the game.
New York Knicks center Enes Kanter got into it with Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James on Monday night after James tried to punk Knicks rookie Frank Ntilikina.

I’m not sure what James was doing. There is clearly some animosity between him, Ntilikina and Kanters after James said that the Knicks should have drafted point guard Dennis Smith Jr instead of Ntilikina.
James made it clear on Monday that he wasn’t taking a shot at Ntilikina, but rather former Knicks’ president Phil Jackson.
Kanter ripped James after the game by calling him a queen and princess.
Wow. Enes Kanter not holding back on his comments on LeBron… (or Queen/Princess James, as Kanter calls him) pic.twitter.com/9ZeH8jVGBP

James did reply after hearing about Kanter’s comments.
LeBron's reply: "I'm the king, my wife is the queen, my daughter's the princess. So we have all three covered." https://t.co/of8whdhFnB

It looks like the Knicks finally have an identity as a tough team. Let’s see if they build off of this game despite losing to a talented Cavs team. Maybe a rivalry will be born within the Eastern Conference.
