It’s only been three games and the New York Knicks are a dumpster fire.
While everyone expected the Boston Celtics to be very good this season, they’re depleted with injuries and most notably lost Gordon Hayward for likely the entire season.
But that didn’t stop the New York Knicks from getting embarrassed on the road on Tuesday night by a score of 110-89 in a game that was never close.
It looks like one of the Knicks’ problems is that not all the players know the plays. At least that’s what guard Courtney Lee told reporters after the game.
Courtney Lee said some players don't know the plays and they need to pay attention more in practice.

Courtney Lee said lots of mix-ups on plays, but blamed players, not coaches. "That’s on us. We’ve got to pay attention more in practice."

It also didn’t help that the Knicks only connected on one one of 12 three point attempts and committed 14 turnovers.
Kristaps Porzingis was held to only 12 points after scoring over 30 in New York’s first two games.
Knicks’ head coach Jef Hornacek may want to limit the minutes of the guys who don’t know all of the plays. Just an idea.
Buckle up Knicks fans, it’s going to be a long season.
